Breakfast

Italian breakfast is served in the mornings, from 08:30 to 10:00, either in the common room or directly in the bedroom by filling in the appropriate form.

Check in-Check-out

Check-in is from 11:30 to midnight. Simply call +39-331-8873312 and we will open the door remotely. Check-out is by 10:30 to enable the rooms to be cleaned. It is possible to leave your luggage free of charge until your departure.

Late Check-out

Late check-out is ONLY allowed if requested at the time of booking and accepted by the facility. A €20 supplement will be charged for non-communicated delays of half an hour or more.

Cleaning

The rooms are cleaned every day by 10:30 upon hanging a special sign on the door. Cleaning is included in the price.

Payment

Bookings are only accepted upon providing a valid credit card number and expiry date. Payments are settled in full when checking out.

The reception service is not available 24/7, therefore we would appreciate if you could inform us of your time of arrival in order to allow us to help you reach the B&B with ease.

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is €2 for adults and children aged 10 and above.

A garage and car valet service is available for a daily fee of €35. This service may be booked directly through the B&B. Payment on site.
